The Contest is only open to undergraduate juniors or seniors registered full-time at an accredited college or university in the United States during the fall 2009 semester.

Award Details :

1. First Prize – $ 5,000
2. Third Prize – $ 1,500
3. Second Prize – $ 2,500
4. Two Honorable Mentions – $ 500 each
